·        Received the Mentor Award from the Surgeon General’s office and the National Medical Reserve Corps Program Office

·        Coordinated the Shelter management and staffing for the June 2011 Tornado response

·        Built the MA Region 4A Medical Reserve Corps organization from the ground up to almost 5,000 volunteers

·        2010 Received the top driller award from Safe America and USA Today

·        Coordinated shelter staffing during the 2010 spring floods in Massachusetts in partnership with the American Red Cross

·        Coordinated staffing for the water distribution centers during the MWRA water contamination

·        Helped coordinated H1N1 clinics across Region dispensing over 100,000 vaccines to the at-risk populations

·        Coordinated the 2008 Ice storm Medical Reserve Corps deployment to staff Special needs shelters

·        Serving on the Surgeon General’s Focus group

·        Serving on the Surgeon General’s Medical Reserve Corps committee

·        Partnering with the Boston Marathon to staff the Medical Sweep teams at the finish line
